How do I secure my date and package?
After you submit an inquiry form, we will send you an estimate to review if we have availability. To secure the date and package on the estimate, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to secure the date and time. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24hrs prior to the event. Kindly note that unless we receive the retainer, no booking has been made. Dates and packages are first come, first served, and we often have multiple estimates out at the same time for the same date. Estimates are for reference only and do not guarantee service.
What ages are appropriate?
Our bubble house is fun for all ages!
Do you have any rules?
Our main rules are no shoes, no food or drinks, no sharp objects, no water/pool play near the bubble house.
Is set-up and breakdown time included in the rental time?
It will take between 30mins-1hr for set-up and breakdown (separately). This time is not included as part of your rental time. We will happily work with you to coordinate our set-up arrival time.
Is there a delivery / travel fee?
Delivery is free for up to 10km from M8V0G2. There is a delivery fee for 11km-50km $50 and 51km-100km $100. If there will be any restrictions that may cause a delay in set-up (like stairs, elevators, lack of parking etc.) Please let us know prior to the event so we may plan accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The 50% retainer can be paid through Email Money Transfer. The remaining balance and $200 security deposit may be paid through Email Money Transfer or cash but minimum 24hrs prior to the event.
Do you set up outdoors?
All the time! We set-up outdoors on grass, turf, and cement. If the weather permits, we will set-up outside for any event. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. We do not set up on or near dirt, sand, mulch, rocks, or water.
What if there is rain in the forecast?
We will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a backup should rain be forecast for the day of your event. Retainers are non-refundable for weather related cancellations, but they are fully transferable as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date, and we will work with you to rebook upon availability in our schedule. It is the client's responsibility to reach out to reschedule within the 12 months.
What if we need to cancel?
We hope that you don't need to cancel, but we understand that life happens! Retainers are non-refundable but are fully transferable and may be rescheduled for another available date within 12 months of the original booking. It is the client's responsibility to reach out to reschedule within the year.
What if my event is shorter/longer then 3 hours?
Our packages include up to three hours of play. While you are most welcome to place a booking for an event shorter duration then three hours, we do not prorate for lesser time. Additional hours above three hours are at a rate of $80/hr.
